Consumption recommendation

Mix your protein shakes and drinks easily and silently and take them with you wherever you go.


Preparation

For one portion, mix 75 g powder with 100 ml water vigorously with a whisk in a large cup or other microwave-safe bowl (please do not add more water). Then smooth out the mixture and place the bowl in the microwave. For a liquid centre (‘lava cake’), cook the batter in the bowl at 600 watts for about 3 minutes; for a firmer consistency, cook for about 5 minutes. Then leave to cool slightly and enjoy.


Keep in mind:

For optimum support, we recommend that you consume 2 g of protein per kg of body weight every day.


Tip

You can enjoy the protein brownie-style bowl on its own or add tasty toppings such as fruit, nuts etc. for an extra portion of nutrients.
