NAC Pro + L-Glycine is a combination preparation that contains N-Acetyl L-Cysteine (NAC) and L-Glycine and has been specially developed to support regeneration after intensive training.

NAC is a form of cysteine that helps in the formation of glutathione in the body. L-glycine is also essential for the synthesis of glutathione and without it, NAC would be virtually useless.

Glutathione is one of the most powerful antioxidants found in the body. It plays a key role in neutralizing free radicals, which are produced in increased quantities during intense training sessions and can attack the structures in the body. The sufficient production of glutathione helps prevent oxidative damage and supports regeneration after exercise. 2

Intense training can cause microtraumas in the muscles. NAC and L-glycine support the production of glutathione, one of the most powerful antioxidants, which contributes to regeneration and protects the body from oxidative damage. 2

Regenerate like a Pro

Our Pro Series NAC + L-Glycine is the optimal support for your regeneration. NAC, or N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, is a slightly modified version of the naturally occurring amino acid cysteine, which is involved in the body's production of glutathione. 1 It is one of the most powerful antioxidants and is particularly recommended after intensive training sessions. And L-Glycine? This is another amino acid that is also essential for the synthesis of the amino acid glutathione. 2 Without L-Glycine, NAC is practically useless. And that is exactly why we brought this combination product onto the market.

Antioxidant power for your regeneration

Three letters, full superpower: The sufficient intake of cysteine, e.g. as NAC and L-glycine, is important to produce one of the most powerful antioxidants in the body: glutathione. And we need that, especially as athletes. Did you know that intensive training sessions can lead to oxidative damage? During training, more free radicals are formed that can attack the structures in the body. Antioxidants such as glutathione are able to neutralize these free radicals. Sounds good? It is!

Rest like a pro to perform like one

Intensive training does not simply pass you by without leaving a trace, otherwise it would not be intense enough. Under great strain and strong training stimuli, microtraumas develop in your body's muscles. Therefore, it is particularly important for us athletes to supply the body with all the necessary nutrients for optimal regeneration. Even if the performance-enhancing effect of antioxidants in sport is scientifically controversial, there are studies that have found a regenerative effect. 3

Do not exceed the stated daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of children. Not suitable for children. Pregnant and nursing women should consult a doctor before taking.
