The special feature of Diet Support lies in the combination of two complexes: Metabolic and Mental Complex. Both contain carefully selected ingredients such as grapefruit extract, hesperidin, 5-HTP, EGCG from green tea, saffron extract, and grains of paradise extract. They are designed to complement each other and make Diet Support a smart part of modern supplement routines. The formula is enhanced with chromium for normal metabolism and normal blood sugar levels.1

Our Diet Support capsules and Meta X 2.0 can be combined depending on your individual focus: Meta X 2.0 is ideal for the start, and Diet Support for more demanding phases of your nutrition routine.

Good to know: Each serving contains only 15 mg of caffeine, serving as a base for synergy with synephrine and salicin. For reference, a 25 ml espresso typically contains 25–30 mg of caffeine. We intentionally avoided adding an extra caffeine source so you can take Diet Support at any time of day, regardless of your usual caffeine intake.

Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. Foodsupplements are not a substitute for a varied andbalanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of young children. Do not consume a daily amount of 800 mg of epigallocatechin-3-gallate or more. Should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women and children below 18 years old. Should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
