For one serving, mix 30 g of powder (2 level measuring spoons, inside) with 200 ml of milk or water. Then let the pudding stand for 5 minutes and stir again before eating. We recommend using a shaker to prepare it.
You can also enjoy the pudding warm; simply place the mixed mixture in the microwave for 50 seconds at 600 W.
Tip
Using psyllium husks, you can turn your protein pudding into a protein semolina porridge. Prepare the pudding according to the instructions, add a teaspoon of psyllium husks and leave the mix in the fridge for a few hours. Then you can enjoy your protein semolina porridge!
Recommendation
Enjoy 1-3 servings of 30 g each per day, before or after training or as a snack.
Keep in mind
For optimal support, consume 1.5 to 2 g of protein per kg of body weight daily.
